Roast Magazine

For those of you interested in learning more about coffee roasting, allow me to recommend an excellent publication called Roast Magazine. Roast is a bi-monthly magazine dedicated to the success and growth of the specialty coffee roaster. Roast addresses the art, science and business of roasters by covering the issues most important to them.

I met the editor of the magazine, Shanna Germain, at last year's Coffee Fest in Las Vegas and after receiving a complimentary issue, I was hooked! No coffee connoisseur should be without it - and when you visit the Andiamo Coffee roastery, you'll see a variety of issues proudly displayed in the lobby.
