For those of you interested in learning more about coffee roasting, allow me to recommend an excellent publication called Roast Magazine. Roast is a bi-monthly magazine dedicated to the success and growth of the specialty coffee roaster. Roast addresses the art, science and business of roasters by covering the issues most important to them.
